Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM–5:30 PM
About Us:
Hi Star Auto Center is a fast-paced, high-volume body shop with over 15 years of industry experience. We are expanding and looking for an experienced Automotive Paint Prepper to join our growing team immediately.
Responsibilities:
Prepare vehicles for paint by sanding, masking, and priming
Ensure surfaces are properly prepped to achieve a high-quality paint finish
Follow proper safety procedures and shop protocols
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work closely with painters and body technicians to meet deadlines
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as an automotive paint prepper
Must provide your own tools
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Ability to work efficiently in a busy shop environment
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
