Part-time Meat Cutter, start immediately
Hours: Tuesday-Wednesday 9a to 5p, Thursday 9a-2p
Start $15hr.
Dependable: $100 cash bonus for 10wks with no days missed/no call-ins.
Paid every Friday. Must have a bank account, direct deposit only. Requires a connected smartphone to clock-in/out.

Must have superior knife skills and practice knife safety
Duties:
- Break down cases of meat into grinder-sized pieces with a knife
- Feed grinder using >our< strategic method
- Help pre-portion organs and ingredients
- Carry cases of meat that weigh up to 75lbs
- Debone birds quickly (1 bird every 4 minutes)
- Sharpen knives
- Help bag, label, and store meat and organs
- Other tasks as necessary
- All measurements need to be PRECISE and CONSISTENT
- Operate a portioning scale: zero, correct unit of measure, etc
- Maintain a spotless and organized work area
Skills:
- Work on your feet, standing for most or all of the shift
- Attention to detail
- Move fast, efficiently, multi-task, show initiative, work as a team
- Read, write, and Speak English
- Be on time and dependable
- Follow instructions to the letter
You will be required to break down one 40lb case of meat in under 5min after 1wk of training
