BUSSER’S MISSION:
As a Busser, your mission is to keep our dining room sparkling clean, ensure we have silverware rolled and ready for guests, and bring a helpful, fun attitude to work during busy Saturday and Sunday service shifts.

RESPONSIBILITIES
>Bus and clean tables, clearing dishes, silverware, and trash quickly, efficiently, and with minor disruption to dining guests
>Properly transport dishes from tables to back-of-house with minimal breakage, drops or spills.
>Wipe down tables, chairs, and tabletop items quickly and efficiently so guests may be seated at cleaned tables.
>Sweep and mop floors as needed to maintain a clean dining room floor.
>Polish and roll silverware quickly between bussing and table cleaning to ensure guests have clean silverware throughout service shifts.
> Occasionally, restock service items (e.g., condiments, take-out containers, etc.) upon request from front of house staff
> Attend all scheduled employee meetings and offer suggestions for improvement.
> Coordinate with and assist fellow employees to meet guests’ needs and support the operation of the restaurant.
> Fill in for fellow employees if needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations.
REQUIREMENTS
>Available for Saturday and Sunday shifts from 9 am to 3 pm each weekend
>Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 35 lbs repeatedly for 6 - 8 hours per shift
>Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining composure.
>Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with front- and back-of-house team members.
>Must have a current SNHD Food Handler card.
>Must be able to accept direct deposit payment or Instant Pay through Homebase.
