Rollin Smoke Barbeque is looking for motivated and reliable individuals with great customer service skills. We are hiring for Back of House for a new stadium in town in partnership with Levy Restaurant Group. All positions are part-time, for scheduled events only. Each employee must bring a smile to work every day. Must have flexible work hours, take direction well, be self-motivated, clean, handle large workloads, and be a team player. Hours will vary per week. Must be available to work mornings, lunch, nights, weekends and holidays. Requirements: Food service background is required Must obtain a Food Handlers certification Front of House will need a TAM card and ability to serve alcohol Good communication skills are essential Positive, Friendly demeanor Works clean Shows complete ownership of workstation Accountable and reliable Ability to follow direction and be self-sufficient Excellent customer service skills 2 years experience in a high-volume restaurant, on the line and in the catering field preferred Work well under pressure Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time Valid Driver’s License We are looking for reliable people with the want to work attitude.
