The Barback position will be responsible for assisting Bartenders in all opening, closing, and nightly duties. Responsible for maintaining clean bars, stocking and cleanliness glassware, and service bar for a high-volume nightclub. Works in an efficient and professional manner while maintaining a positive attitude and delivering superior guest service always.
Requirements
A minimum of 1-year of experience in a high volume, service focused environment preferred.
Self-motivated, constantly striving to improve.
Possess the ability to work as part of a team.
Must exhibit a focused attention to detail, while working in a high-pressure environment.
Must be professional, organized and courteous at all times.
Must be able to maintain excellent customer service skills while maintaining high service standards in a stressful, constantly changing work environment.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment as outlined by the Southern Nevada Health District.
Must have or be able to obtain sheriff's card, health card, and tam card.
Must be 21 years of age or older. Must have or be able to obtain sheriff's card, health card, and tam card.
Must be able to move quickly.
Must be able to lift and push 50lbs.
Work in an environment that is subject to varying levels of noise, crowds, and smoke, the severity of which depends upon the guest volume
May work extended hours irregular shifts, evening and/or weekend shifts, and holiday work may be required
Maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance adhering to Company standards
Ability to handle a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment
