Description We are offering a role in the hospitality industry based in Las Vegas, Nevada. The role encompasses the functions of a Guest Services Coordinator and is situated in a dynamic workplace environment. This position is a short-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Coordinate daily operations at the sales front desk, facilitating effective communication between Sales and Marketing Departments. Keep track of daily attendance and training schedules. Ensure smooth check-ins for guests for their sales presentations and assign appropriate team members to handle their queries. Efficiently answer all incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate employees. Assist in gifting and planning activities, helping guests with their vacation plans including shows and dinners. Handle premiums for all departments and perform nightly reconciliations. Issue reimbursements for Taxi/Uber/Parking to internal and external guests. Coordinate with the Transportation Team to ensure timely pick up and drop off of guests and collateral at various locations. Maintain the café and refreshment areas, ensuring they are clean and well-stocked at all times. Carry out inventory checks and restock kitchen supplies as needed. Use basic office skills to perform administrative tasks and ensure smooth operations. Requirements Prior experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in guest services Basic office skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills High level of customer service skills and a positive attitude towards guests Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest issues with professionalism Team player, able to work well with others in a collaborative environment Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion High school diploma or equivalent required, higher education in hospitality or a related field is a plus.
