Sales Gallery Coordinators are responsible for providing outstanding customer service to both our internal and external guests.Coordinate as a Sales Front Desk Agent and work closely with Sales and Marketing Departments: Track daily attendance and training attendance. Set and update various sales rotations daily. Check in guests for their sales presentation and assign appropriate team members with accurate coding. Answer all phone calls and direct to the appropriate employees.Have fun as a Gifting Agent and assist guests with their vacation plans including show's and dinner's: Assist with premiums for all departments and reconciles nightly. Issue all Taxi/Uber/Parking reimbursements to internal and external guests. Coordinate with the Transportation Team to pick up/ drop off guests and collateral coming to and from our multiple locationsEnergize guests with refreshments and snacks as a Kitchen Agent: Take inventory and stock all kitchen supplies. Keep café and refreshment areas cleaned and stocked at all times.Requirements Outstanding Candidates we are looking for?To fulfill this role optimally, you must possess the following minimum qualifications High School diploma or equivalent. Able to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
