Represent Wynn Resorts in investigating, answering, and settling grievances with staff and guestMaintain the overall vision - business and marketing objectives in accordance with Wynn's Food & Beverage LeadersDevelop risk management and migration strategies. Maintain all Property mandates. Update and track daily reportsAnalyze staffing requirements, develop operation plans, and assess opportunities for future growthResponsible for team performance - morale, productivity, energyDemonstrates a positive example and outlook for staff to follow each day
