The Food & Beverage Manager at Zero Bond Las Vegas is responsible for managing daily service operations across dining, event, lounge and bar areas. This role ensures consistent execution of Zero Bond’s service standards, supports the development of front-of-house staff, and collaborates with kitchen and beverage teams to ensure a seamless and elevated member experience. This hands-on manager leads floor operations, addresses guest concerns, and helps implement SOPs that uphold efficiency and operational success. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations to ensure efficient service and adherence to established SOP’s. Ensure proper opening, operating & closing procedures are followed Assist GM & AGM with the recruitment of staff and training to ensure FOH team members perform their duties in accordance with Zero Bond standards Provide coaching and performance evaluations, addressing areas of improvement as needed.  Create a positive & professional work environment that promotes, team work, productivity and team morale. Ability to conduct closing financial reports & inventory purchasing. Manage service concerns & complaints swiftly, implementing recovery strategies as necessary. Monitor dining room flow & seating to optimize member experience. Liase with membership team as needed.  Ensure club and service areas are kept in compliance with Nevada department of health standards.  Coordinate with other departments (wine, culinary, membership) to ensure seamless service during events.
