Database Mrkt Campaign Mgr

General Summary Of Duties:Manage and champion the marketing campaign creation, execution, and analysis processes for the Database Marketing department.  Support the VP of Casino Marketing and Director of Database Marketing.  Provide key insights and recommendations for marketing programming based on performance and analysis.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while complying with all Company rules and regulations required. Other job-related duties as assigned.  Role and Responsibilities: (Includes but is not limited to the following)Responsible for managing optimized execution of all Database Marketing Campaigns.Builds and maintains active database marketing programs, including, but not limited to Direct Mail and Email Marketing.Assists in strategic direction of specific direct marketing initiatives by coordinating analytical support, as well as interpreting these analyses and articulating sound program/offer recommendations.Creates and manages Email Marketing trigged campaigns targeted to varied business segments and customer lifecycles.In depth analysis of digital and email marketing efforts including cost per click thru & cost per conversion/acquisition.Create offers and matrices for segmented lists. Specify customer segments, designate coupons, and create final "mail files" for all direct mail and e-mail campaigns. Send files to vendors for execution of campaigns.Develop test and learn programs to ensure effectiveness of data-driven content and strategies.Assist the Director of Database Marketing with all campaign stages, Data Extracts, Creation, Testing, Proofing, and Validating.Manage database integrity by updating NCOA’s, developing account phone & email acquisition benchmarks, and auditing account adjustments.Work with Surveillance and casino team to ensure guest compliance.Communicate Casino Marketing programming to property-wide audience.Evaluate new technologies, trends, and methods for data management and analysis and incorporate them into the data strategy as neededAssistance in casino events and promotions.Continue education and self-development through cross-training within the department and into other functional areas.
