The SuperBook Database Marketing Manager (SB DM Manager) is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to maximize the revenue and retention of the SuperBook database. The SB DM Manager collaborates with the Database Marketing, Race & Sports, Players Club, & Brand Marketing teams to create marketing programming that drives SuperBook customer acquisition, increases bet volume, ensures customer loyalty, and grows net revenues.General Summary Of Duties:Responsible for managing the team that queries and segments customer database for creating mail, telephone, and e-mail lists for marketing purposes.Directly supervise the Database Marketing organization, to include recruiting and team development.Maintain the general hygiene of the customer database as related to bad addresses, bad data, and duplicate accounts.Research customer account information in the customer database system.Light customer service calls.Provide friendly, excellent service to every internal and external customer.
