Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Call Center Specialist in the machinery manufacturing industry, located in Las Vegas, Nevada. As a Call Center Specialist, you will deliver exceptional bilingual customer service in both Spanish and English, respond to product inquiries, and ensure accurate record-keeping of customer interactions. Responsibilities: Deliver superior service to our customers in both Spanish and English through phone, email, and live chat. Respond efficiently to customer inquiries related to product features, order processing, and technical support. Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions and update records in our system. Collaborate with team members to address and resolve customer issues in a timely manner. Participate in a weekend rotation schedule to ensure customer support is available every day. Utilize your experience in call center operations to manage high volume calls in a fast-paced environment. Leverage your skills in conflict resolution to handle customer service issues effectively.Requirements Minimum of 1 year experience in a call center environment with experience in troubleshooting. Proven experience with call center procedures and metrics. Familiarity with managing operations within a high volume, fast-paced call center. Must have prior experience in an inbound call center. Exceptional skills in conflict resolution. Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve customer service issues. A track record of delivering superior customer service. Knowledge and experience with machinery manufacturing is a plus. Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a busy environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive, self-motivated, and ability to work independently.
