Key responsibilities:
-efficiently coordinate and schedule pickups and deliveries
-monitor routes and provide real-time support to customers and driver's
-handle customer inquiries and ensure exceptional service is provided
Requirements:
-computer literate a must
-strong communication and problem-solving skills
-ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
-familiarity with dispatching software is a plus
-prior experience in customer service or transportation background a plus
-flexible availability
-team player
-experience with towbooks & aries a plus but not required
Salary DOE
90 probationary period
