The role of the CSR is very important to our company. By offering support to the customers with complaints and questions. Provides knowledgeable information about products and services, taking orders, and processing returns. The CSR is influential in the sales processes and is responsible for effectively influence the customers purchasing decisions.
Responsibilities
Assists customers in making purchasing decisions by listening and understand the customers' needs during the sales process
Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems
Attracts potential customers by answering product questions and suggesting information about the products and services.
Maintains customer records by updating purchasing information.
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explain the best solution to the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information and contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
All other duties as assigned by manager.
