As a Car Rental Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, helping them find the perfect vehicle for their needs and ensuring a smooth and efficient rental experience. You'll be the key to getting them on their way with a smile!
What You'll Do:
Greet customers with a warm and welcoming attitude, understanding their rental requirements.
Guide customers through the rental process, explaining vehicle options, features, and rental terms.
Utilize our computer system to accurately process reservations, contracts, and payments.
Inspect vehicles for any existing damage before and after rentals, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues efficiently and professionally.
Offer and explain optional services and protections to customers.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
What You'll Bring:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you're a people person!
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
