Key Responsibilities:
-Handle inbound calls on behalf of national charities.
-Answer questions, schedule appointments, and provide general program support.
-Make occasional outbound calls to confirm or reschedule appointments.
-Use our proprietary CRM to document interactions and provide high-touch service.
Minimum Requirements:
-Bilingual English and Spanish
-Updated resume highlighting remote customer service experience.
-2+ years of experience in remote (work-from-home) customer service.
-2+ years using CRM platforms, completing call summaries or scheduling tasks.
-High school diploma or equivalent.
-Successful completion of a background check, upon hire.
-Authorized to work in the United States.
-A private, quiet, remote work from home environment located within the U.S.
Preferred Skills and Qualities:
-Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-Attention to detail and ability to solve problems with empathy and efficiency.
-Experience with multitasking in a digital environment.
-Proficiency with CRM and scheduling tools.
-Receptiveness to coaching and feedback in a team-oriented culture.
Home Office Requirements:
-Reliable wired internet connection (ethernet only; no Wi-Fi).
-Minimum download speed of 200 kb/s.
-Wired USB headset.
-Chrome browser.
-Operating system: Windows 10/11 or Mac OS Monterey (no Chromebooks).
-Distraction-free workspace.
Schedule and Compensation:
-Paid training.
-Full-time (32 hrs/week) and part-time (20 hrs/week) roles available.
-Must be available at least 2 weekend shifts per month (Sunday availability preferred).
-W-2 employment with bi-monthly pay via ADP.
-Starting wage: $16.00/hour, including training.
