We are a thriving HOA Community Management company looking to add an Accounts Receivable Clerk to our current team.
Along with a great attitude the qualified candidate will: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to phone calls & emails in a timely manner. Have the ability to draft correspondence and respond to inquiries and client concerns effectively, independently and respectfully. Be proficient with computer programs needed for the position including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel. Have excellent communication; oral, written, listening and phone skills. Function with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Be punctual with excellent attendance. Job Duties and Responsibilities include:
Communicate with owners via phone, email, mail or in person
Accurate processing of account adjustments and incoming payments
Scan deposits to bank
Research and resolve owner issues and payment discrepancies
Process address change requests
Manage the delinquency process, payment plans & collections of outstanding AR
Fill resale demands though HomeWiseDocs
Generate invoices for ancillary charges
Other duties as may be assigned
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in accounting, including accounts receivable and financial concepts
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently
This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a solid understanding of accounting principles and the ability to work effectively with coworkers and customers.
The hours are Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-2pm
