Accounting clerk

Global Foods, Inc is looking to fill an accounting clerk position. We are a national food sales and distribution company. We source cost effective products as well as private label products to sell to our customer base. Our products are sourced both nationally and inter nationally, and we sell to and distribute primarily to the 48 contiguous United States. Website: www.globalfoodslv.co. JOB BENEFITS:Starting pay $19-$21 per hour, DOE;Hours are 6 Am to 3 PM Monday through Friday;40 Hour work week, no evenings or weekends required; Health insurance (after 60 days); Holiday pay (after 90 days); PTO (after 90 days).JOB FUNCION: Process A/R and A/P transactions, Pay invoices by verifying transaction information, scheduling and preparing disbursements; Resolve account discrepancies by investigating documentation; Daily mail; Filing; Assist Staff Accountant. SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: Understand the importance of creating a positive and professional work environment; Ability to multi-task priorities with attention to detail;Ability to work well with others; Ability to communicate effectively; Excellent organizational skills; Strong computer skills: Excel, Outlook, Word, Sage 100-Mas 90 helpful; Work effectively in a fast-paced environment; Minimum 3 years experience.
