The Shadow Ridge Country Club Food & Beverage department is currently accepting applications for an afternoon/evening Saute Cook.
-Compensation is highly competitive
-Must be dependable and hardworking
-Must have reliable transportation
-Weekends are required
-2+ years professional cooking experience preferred, although will train
-Ability to work well with others
-Basic knife skills, kitchen etiquette; protein breakdown
-Punctuality, good time management and a sense of urgency
-30-35 hours per week, but flexible
