We are looking for the next addition to our kitchen team. Located in North Downtown Omaha, Hook and Lime is a modern Mexican restaurant serving up gourmet tacos and tortas (and a lot more) from a scratch kitchen. We make everything in house, from the brisket we smoke overnight to the fresh corn tortillas we make every morning. We are an employee-first company looking for the newest addition to our community. Line Cook experience is desired but not required.
Responsibilities:
Cooking and preparing all menu items in accordance standards set by the Chef
Stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food on the line
Food preparation and portioning prior to service
Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment
Maintaining proper hygiene standards
Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time
