The Recruiting Coordinator collaborates closely with recruiters and hiring managers in the screening referral and job offer processes by providing administrative support and assisting in the sourcing of candidates. In addition the Recruitment Coordinator will actively participate in onboarding and retention activities.QualificationsMinimum QualificationsCollege degree in a related field or equivalent experience in HR a plus3-5 years demonstrated experience in senior level administrative/clerical position1-3 years experience in HR preferably in staffingPrior experience with web based systemsDemonstrated Specific Knowledge in the Following:Working knowledge of MS Office including creation of spreadsheets PowerPoint and database software.Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking SoftwareEffective written and oral communication techniquesEmployment processes techniques and proceduresExcellent interpersonal and communications skillsDetail -orientedExperienced in handling multiple tasks and the ability to prioritize effectively.Federal and state labor and employment lawsPersonnel practices and trendsAA/EEO regulationsOrganization and operation of healthcare facilitiesEffective written and oral communication techniquesPay Range$19.68 - $27.06 /hourWe are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
