Description Key Responsibilities:
General Ledger Maintenance: Assist in maintaining the general ledger by accurately recording financial transactions and ensuring data integrity.
Account Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations to verify accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process invoices, payments, and receipts while ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Expense Tracking: Monitor and record company expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines.
Support Audits: Assist in financial audits by preparing and organizing relevant documents and information.
Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Compliance: Stay up-to-date with accounting regulations and standards, ensuring full compliance in all financial activities.
