Description Robert Half is currently working with a dynamic client looking for a Property Accountant. The ideal Property Accountant will have experience in accounting and property management, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and property-specific systems. This is the role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced work environment that requires the ability to balance multiple responsibilities.Responsibilities
Maintain reconciliation, depreciation and fixed-asset ledger
Sustain monthly payment and capital lease schedules
Help with the implementation of internal controls, as well as maintenance and adherence
Support management reporting by preparing monthly balance sheet and income statement analyses
Prepare monthly, quarterly and year end financial statements/reporting packages
Put together intricate journal entries and account reconciliations
Coordinate and examine financial data and report it in a clear, useful manner Requirements
Multi-Location or Multi-Entity Accounting preferred
Dependability in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills in particular
Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills
Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or a related field is required
Experience in accounting, real estate accounting, or property accounting preferred
