Job SummaryThe Business Services Analyst - Social Media leads cross-functional projects related to service transformation. They investigate and resolve product concerns and inquiries communicated through social media platforms, advising internal stakeholders on social contacts and potential issues related to food safety and quality. Additionally, they manage conflict situations, support reporting and analytics, and partner with external call center providers for quality interactions across various social media channels.Position Responsibilities

The Social Media Analyst oversees data collection, synthesizes insights, and collaborates across teams to review and act on trends.

Analyzes processes for tech-driven productivity in eCommerce, chat, reviews, and social media.

A social superuser who trains agents, maintains data, and optimizes performance in social listening and engagement tools.

Liaison for cross-functional team, sharing trends and ideas in real-time marketing.

Manages stakeholder partnerships, leads engagement, and provides insights for Food Safety and Quality teams.

Provides advisory, training, and support for Social Media strategy, including case validation and alignment with external supervisors.

Analyze metrics across multiple social channels and recommend ways to optimize performance.

Execute research related to social media platform updates, new tools, and applications.

Provides guidance for sensitive situations to protect company reputation.

Collaborates for process improvements and strategic goals.

Analyzes and oversees responses to consumer inquiries and complaints on social media, negotiating satisfactory resolutions.

Manages conflicts empathetically, shares food safety knowledge, and builds trust through respect and transparency.

Manages knowledge transfer for Social Media processes.

Manages process improvement training and champions continuous efficiency ideas for positive business impact.

Position Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required.

Demonstrated leadership and the ability to work in a team and cross functionally.

In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (Meta, YouTube, X, Instagram, etc.) and how they can be deployed.

Must possess effective and diplomatic written and verbal communication skills and strong relationship building skills.

Minimum 3 years’ experience

Strong time management skills and attention to detail.

Strong analytical/ problem solving aptitude and ability to identify trends and call attention to deviations.
