We have an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, detail oriented Architectural Drafter who is experienced using
Revit/BIM Modeler to join our team of professionals dedicated to innovative solutions for our long-standing client base through dedication, passion and design excellence. Responsibilities Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, sketches, maps, and graphic representations of architectural designs. You will coordinate architectural, structural, civil, mechanical and electrical disciplines to assure a smooth construction phase. Bring together structural, mechanical and electrical designs and create a way or a method of accurately arranging them to produce building designs that are understandable and feasible. Qualifications- Experience working with architects and designers to determine scope and develop designs
- Experience with the Autodesk AEC suite including AutoDesk Revit, and AutoCAD, in addition to Bluebeam, and Navisworks in order to assist with Building Information Model updates
- Experience with MS Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Experience with Sketchup and Adobe programs
- Knowledge of procedures for production of design development packages and construction document packages
- Knowledge of architectural/engineering planning, drafting and detailing
- Ability to multi-task and establish priorities
- Great attitude, team player
