This candidate will be in charge of drawing the plans for cables for civil planning for commercial areas.
This will include but is not limited to the following: sizing of serving boundaries using GIS address data; laying out feeder routes, distribution routes, and drops to premises; determining fiber allocations; reviewing field staking sheets and determining the best construction method for design, and producing constructible design packages using GIS based software ArcMap.
Provide CAD support for fiber systems through creation of permit plan and profile drawings, construction drawings and conduit designs.
