Responsibilities
Grading, Sprinklers, Sod, Clean driver.
Need experienced sprinkler install crew leader.
Need a sod install crew leader.
General Laborer will have the privilege to impact communities and cities in Nebraska with prosperity, security, comfort, environmental, wealth and luxury by working through commercial industries and residential properties. The General Laborer maintain grounds of property using hand, power tools, and equipment. Perform any combination of the following: grading, sod laying, mowing, trimming, digging, raking, and sprinkler installation.
Requirements:
Good driving record since at times may be asked to drive a truck.
Positions available for non- driving crew members.
Skills: is able to learn, listen and follow directions.
Quality as the services performed will represent the company.
Reliable is consistently at work and on time, follows instructions, takes responsibility for own actions and keeps commitments.
Motivation responds to feedback positively for self-improvement, strives for excellence daily, keeps emotions balanced and under control, works well with others or by oneself.
Flexible with hours depending on weather and work schedule; works outdoors.
