Office person for small seasonal contracting firm. Somewhat flexible hours around kids/school, etc. and must work well independently
30-40 hours/week
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner
Schedule service appointments and maintain an efficient calendar for service technicians
Create and optimize service routes for techs to ensure timely service delivery
Manage monthly billing processes and handle biweekly payroll
Provide general administrative support and ensure smooth office operations
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous office or administrative experience
Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable attitude
Comfortable multitasking and handling shifting priorities
Proficient in general computer use (email, scheduling, basic data entry)
