Pay: $18–$25/hr (DOE)
Key Responsibilities:
Project estimating and tracking
Answering phones & client coordination
Scheduling crews and managing appointments
Managing labor force and job assignments
Office correspondence and admin support
Bookkeeping tasks (experience a plus)
Skills & Experience:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
Strong communication & organizational skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Construction, estimating, or admin experience preferred
Must be dependable and detail-oriented
Background check required
