Wally & Buck is seeking a kitchen manager to lead our BOH team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Ensure guests' experiences are seamless by managing the back of house team through strong leadership, general oversight of kitchen operations, training and more. Wally & Buck manager must be able to build and maintain a healthy and fun culture while upholding Wally & Buck core values, policies and procedures. Wally & Buck has built a reputation on consistency, quality and excellent customer service. The kitchen manager will work closely with shift leads, GM and owners to ensure the restaurant is running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Uphold Wally & Buck mission statement and core values.
Detailed, daily oversight of back of house operations.
Manage kitchen staff and coordinate food orders.
Oversee health code compliance and sanitation standards.
Supervise food prep and cooking.
Implement and follow through on Wally & Buck systems, policies and procedures.
Maintain quality control for all food served.
Train new team members and command continued training for all team members.
Ensure all ordering and inventory is being managed.
Work with owners to analyze growth of business.
Job Requirements:
You have previous kitchen management experience.
You must exhibit strong communication and leadership skills.
You must be a team player who leads by example.
