Brasserie Porte Rouge seeks a full time Sous Chef. Stations include Saute, Grill and Expo. This position will be responsible for daily special development as well as working with the Head and Exec Chef on regular Menu items. Creativity, weekend availability, cleanliness and punctuality and ability to communicate well with staff are all a must. Interested individuals should have three years of professional cooking experience cooking from scratch. We provide paid vacation and sick time and a professional, often fun work environment.
