Pastry Baker

Le Petit Outre Bakery is looking for a part time evening pastry baker. Shifts begin around 4pm and may run until 11pm or later. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: daily and bulk prep, preparing fillings and pastry components, managing product numbers, proofing, baking and decorating pastries. 3-4 evenings a week schedule, weekend availability required. Must be able to start training immediately, and have prior pastry, baking, or kitchen experience. Pay depends on experience and availability.
