Le Petit Bakehouse is hiring a daytime bread baker.
Shift begins at 7:30am and runs approximately 7 hours. Total weekly hours expected are 26-32. Schedule is set- Thursday through Sunday with opportunity to pick up additional shifts as needed.
Responsibilities include: Keeping a clean workspace, communicating clearly with other staff, reading and executing recipes correctly, mixing, shaping and baking dough, and maintaining cleanliness of equipment and work area.
Candidate must be able to lift 50# and spend significant time standing. Must be able to safely and effectively use commercial bakery equipment such as dough divider, scissor lift oven loader, dough divider, and large mixers.
Priority will be given to applicants with prior experience and full availability to the advertised hours.
