Le Petit Bakehouse is hiring an evening pastry baker. Approximately 12-15 hours a week. Set schedule Monday through Wednesday evenings with the opportunity to pick up shifts as needed. Shift begins at 4pm and typically finishes at 9pm dependent on the work load.
Must have availability to start immediately. Kitchen or bakery experience is preferred and prioritized.
Applicant should have reliable housing and transportation, ability to follow directions and accept feedback, be able to read and execute recipes as directed, time management skills, attention to detail, and some prior baking experience.
Job entails: proofing of laminated pastries, prepping fillings, frostings and mixes. Baking and decorating pastries, light packaging, cleaning and organizing the workspace.
