Glacier Supply in Bigfork is hiring an Equipment Maintenance Technician to provide basic service, installs, and preventative maintenance to a wide range of equipment. We sell, rent, and service Yanmar tractors, ASV skid steers, Yanmar compact equipment, Ironbull trailers, Norstar flatbeds, SnowDogg plows, and SaltDogg spreaders.

Benefits and pay range:
Compensation begins at $25 Plus DOE with overtime available.
100% employer-paid health insurance for the employee.
Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with weekends off.
Full-time, year-round.

Potential for advancement to a mechanic position/ Lead mechanic/ shop manager if desired.

Responsibilities and duties:
Completing basic service, installations, and preventative maintenance work on tractors, skid steers, excavators, trailers, plows, and spreaders.
Ensuring repair work is done right the first time and completing accurate documentation for the repair.
Understanding of schematic drawings.
Requesting correct parts for repairs and maintenance.
Completing routine maintenance schedules and warranty inspections for equipment (both fleet and customer).
Ensuring a clean, orderly shop and workspace.
Requirements and qualifications:
Known for quality work and follow-through.
Previous experience shop or maintenance experience.
Ability to read instructions and schematic drawings.
Excellent time management.
Accountability.
Ability to take direction and feedback.
Excellent attendance.
Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Having a CDL would be an advantage.
