Handle general property manager-type duties. Light mechanical aptitude preferred. Communicate well by text, email and phone.
General responsibilities include: Assisting with errands, operating a tractor, maintaining equipment, repairing irrigation, mowing/edging/blowing, working in the woods, communicating with service providers, etc. References required.
