Cannabis Chef assistant

Assist Chef in the production and packaging of cannabis infused edibles. Job duties include learning the process of producing edibles, washing and sanitizing of pans and molds, and helping out in all aspects of production. Attention to detail is a must. This is a fast paced kitchen job and requires someone who can multi task and think on their feet. All ingredient measuring is very precise and knowledge of standard and metric measurements is a plus. Chocolate making, jam making and candy production experience is definitely helpful but will train the right person.
