You will be responsible for assisting the Head Brewer with all brewing, cellaring, quality control, cleaning, and safety tasks. We are looking for someone who is passionate about crafting high quality beers, is interested in a wide variety of styles of beer, and people who thrive in a team environment. Our ideal candidate is committed to excellence and safety, has a diligent attention to detail, maintains a strong work ethic, prioritizes good communication and thrives working in a team.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Wort Production, Cellaring, and Packaging assistance.

Desired Qualifications include:

Professional brewing experience preferred.

Formal education is preferred but not required.

Ability to be self-motivated and demonstrate repeatable, unsupported proficiency in complicated and sensitive tasks after training, practice, and feedback.

Growth-oriented mindset with a willingness to openly communicate mistakes and gaps in knowledge.

Demonstrated ability to make intelligent decisions in difficult, rapidly evolving circumstances.

Outstanding interpersonal skills, self-awareness, verbal and written communication, and emotional intelligence.

Willingness to work weekends when necessary.

A valid and current driver’s license and ability to load, unload, and drive delivery vehicle.

Ability to repeatedly lift 55-pound bags above shoulder height.

Ability to climb ladders and stairs.

Ability to push, pull, and lift 165-pound kegs.

Ability to work in tight spaces with low clearance for extended periods of time.

Ability to work in both hot and cold temperatures.

Ability to work with hazardous chemicals and wear personal protective equipment.

21 years of age or older.
