We are seeking a Sr. Project Manager to join our team in our Bigfork Market.

Essential Job Functions:

Review plans and specifications to ensure they meet project design requirements, building codes, and budgets.

Collaborate with the estimating department to prepare budgets throughout preconstruction.

Lead and oversee market bidding and bid reviews with project leaders.

Prepare subcontracts and procurement agreements.

Manage overall and short-range construction schedules.

Control costs within approved budgets.

Partner the Project Engineer(s) and Superintendent(s) with leading the work including cost, quality, safety, schedule, subcontractor and supplier relationships, and owner satisfaction.

Oversee closeout.

Assist with work procurement.

Earn repeat business by exceeding client expectations.

All team members may be asked to perform duties and functions outside of their normal responsibilities to assist the company from time to time.

Background and Competencies:

Bachelor’s degree in construction engineering, business, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Eight+ years of project management experience in the construction industry as Project Manager using commercial construction practices of paperwork.

Strong understanding of construction process, project delivery methods and formal project documentation process - submittals, RFI's etc.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams

Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills to effectively communicate and build relationships with a broad spectrum of audiences at all organizational levels.

Experience in SWPPP management, record keeping, and document control.

Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Working Conditions:

Work at construction job sites, during all stages, in all types of weather conditions.

Performing activities including climbing ladders and scaffolding, lifting & handling materials, walking & balancing, stooping.

Must be able to speak & hear detailed information through oral communication.

Must be able to see clearly and recognize small details.

8 hour shift.

Compensation:

Compensation is competitive at a salary of $100,000+.
