Duties include:
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their tractor and mower needs.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
- Meet or exceed sales goals by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
- Maintain a clean and organized and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and using point-of-sale systems.
- Oversee daily office activities, ensuring the office environment is clean, organized, and functioning efficiently.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ordering replacements when needed.
- Coordinate maintained and repairs for office equipment and facilities.
- Receive and put away all parts that are brought into the office.
Administrative Support:
- Assist with the preparation and filing of company records, contracts, and other important documents.
-Maintain and update office filing and record-keeping systems, both physical and electronic.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in tractor and mower sales is preferred.
- Fluent in English, additional language skills are a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet sales targets.
- Ability to preform basic math calculations for retail transactions.
- Proficient in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.

Position is full-time
Pay: $70,000 - $95,000 (Base pay + high commission)
