OSM Construction is searching for subcontractors and independent contractors to help round out the team and perform the following scopes of work:
- Cabinetry install (rustic and modern)
- Door installation (custom size doors with oversized jambs and trimless details)
- Reglet installation
- Window jamb extensions on oversized windows
- Installation of Sugastune hinges and concealed hinges
- WRB and associated assemblies
- Timber work (both round and square)
- Siding and soffit install (old wood board and batt, vertical butt siding, ship lap, integrated metal)
- Pick-up framing (parapets, fireplaces, steel studs, traditional, LSL, sleepers, wall sheathing)
Current projects are in the Bozeman area, Big Sky, Paradise Valley, and Big Timber. A signed contract for each job and scope of work is required. Contractors must meet all insurance requirements including; General Liability, Commercial Auto, Worker’s Comp, and MT Contractor’s Registration.
