What OSM is looking for:
- Architectural welding and layout experience
- Structural steel welding and layout experience a plus
- Good mix of framing and finish carpentry experience
- Computer skills are a must (email, drawings, Fusion 360)
- Must have all basic hand and power tools (welder and larger tools provided)
- Must be a self-starter that can work independently and adapt to changing scopes of work
- Must have a valid driver’s license
