The Heating, Venting, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Lead Installer will have many responsibilities that contribute to the overall growth strategy of Campbells’ Plumbing and Heating. The role responsibilities include, and are not limited to:
· Executing and providing input into the HVAC division strategy.
· Training and developing employees.
· Understanding sales targets and ensuring performance.
· Maintaining healthy customer relationships.
· Working alongside contractors and customers to provide excellent experience.

This person needs to be eager to learn, problem solve, and set high expectations for himself/herself and for others. This position will report directly to the HVAC Division Manager and is a career position with opportunity for vertical career growth and advancement.
