Flooring installer/woodworker

Looking for a flooring installer who can run a crew and works well doing so. Need to be able to effectively communicate with another installer and helpers. We primarily install wood floors and wood ceilings. But we also do laminate, lvt, carpet tile, etc. All tools, ppe and materials provided. You need to have an icec if you want a 1099. If you want to be on payroll we are happy to set that up. You will then have workman’s comp. We also need helpers and are happy to train and move guys up. Please be serious and focused while at work then let’s have a good time after work or on the weekend. We are a small family company and we like to take our guys rafting and go out on the boat. We are looking for a job and lifestyle fit. We hangout with our crew a lot and my kid is on site often so I really want a tight knit group. We want to pay top dollar, but expect to prove you are worth the dollar you ask for. I am happy to run next to anyone and teach them and get them making more money. But please don’t come expecting top pay without being able to run a job and problem solve, track tools and materials all while keeping an eye on quality.
