Customer Care & Community Support Specialist
Location: Downtown Bozeman, Montana (In-Person, Full-Time Position)

The Role:
As our Customer Care & Community Support Specialist, you will be the frontline of communication between our brand and our customers. You will be responsible for handling customer care emails, direct messages, and community support with the utmost kindness, precision, and leadership.
This is not just a customer service job. This is a role of stewardship. You will protect and nurture the customer experience we have worked hard to build, ensuring every customer feels seen, supported, and empowered in alignment with our values.
This is an in-person position based in our office downtown on Main Street in Bozeman, Montana.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to all customer care emails and DMs with clarity, compassion, and professionalism, following brand voice and standards.
- Handle order questions, product guidance, and rebalancing support, using provided templates where appropriate and personalizing responses when needed.
- Track and flag patterns in customer feedback to help our team refine systems and improve customer experience.
- Stay intimately familiar with our products, courses, weekly podcast episodes, and healing philosophy so you can confidently guide customers.
- Participate in initial and ongoing training to maintain excellence and integrity in every customer interaction.
Qualifications:
- Deep alignment with holistic health, empowered motherhood, and our mission.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and interpersonal.
- Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to respond calmly and thoughtfully to customers in all states of emotion.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with our leadership team.
- Comfortable learning and working within our internal systems (training provided).
- Heart of service, strong work ethic, and a desire to grow with a mission-driven company.
Bonus:
Previous experience in holistic health, wellness, customer support, or community management.
Compensation: DOE up to $25hr
