Locally Grown, Veteran Owned waste hauler is looking for more fun, energetic people to join our team. We are a fast-paced company with an immediate opening for a Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative in Belgrade, MT.
L&L has a very high standard when it comes to customer service. Our employees are the face of our company, and we are looking for an individual who will represent us well within our community, the Gallatin Valley and beyond.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills to communicate with new and existing customers about their commercial roll-off needs. This team-player role will have high call volume to answer and respond to customer questions, from both the phones and computers.
This vital position is in the roll-off dept where the hours fly by with signing up new clients, supporting our client base, coordinating delivery/retrieval schedules, and working closely with our drivers in the field and fellow colleagues in the roll-off dept./office. Very strong computer skills are a must. This includes learning our specific routing/client software programs.
