Human Resources Manager
JLF is seeking a Human Resources Manager eager to contribute to the growth and success of our architectural firm by providing a positive work environment that supports our team. If you have experience working in Montana in the HR field, we would appreciate the opportunity to meet you.
Job Description and Skills
Create a positive work environment for all employees.
Conduct regular training sessions on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Investigate employee issues and conflicts and bring them to resolution.
Design and implement employee retention strategies. Administer employee benefits programs.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Analyze trends in compensation and benefits. Maintain job descriptions.
Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state, and federal regulations; MT/US employment laws, and industry best practices.
Maintain company handbook.
Collect, analyze, and present HR metrics and management tools to provide guidance and feedback to the team.
Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.
Conduct interviews and onboarding. Conduct performance and salary reviews.
Research, coordinate, and implement employee education opportunities and IDPs.
Research, coordinate, and implement employee activities.
Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and integrity. Possess exceptional organizational and planning skills. Deliver strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Exhibit thorough analytical and problem-solving skills.
Education and Experience
Bachelor of Science in Human Resources or related field is required Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required; BQE CORE preferred Experience working in an Architectural firm preferred
Details and Benefits
Full-time, salaried, exempt position Monday – Friday, 8am- 5pm
