Greater Gallatin Contractors is currently hiring for an HR Manager!
Summary: The Human Resources Manager is responsible for all aspects of business processes and practices. This role will be the point person for all personnel matters to include the hiring and release cycle, employee benefits, legal compliance and so forth. The Human Resource Manager will promote and support a productive, engaged and enjoyable workforce and culture for all Greater Gallatin team members.
Duties and Expectations:
Oversee, lead and manage all aspects of the hiring process to include employee recruitment, hiring and release
Oversee, organize and execute all tasks associated with employee benefits
Maintain accurate records and legal compliance in, employee paperwork, employee time reporting, PTO, sick leave, health insurance and so forth
Maintain working knowledge of employee payroll practices
Maintain and update Employee Portal calendar and relevant tasks
Provide employee support in conflict management, grievances and complaints
Act as point person for workman’s compensation and associated on-site injuries
Maintain and continue to develop effective employee job descriptions and performance evaluation processes and practices
Build and maintain positive working relationships between employees at all levels of the company
Maintain and continue to increase knowledge in human resources, labor laws and legal best practices for a dynamic workplace
Qualifications:
3+ years experience working as a human resources manager
Degree in human resources, organizational development, business administration or related field
Spanish-speaking a plus
Compensation and Benefits: Flexible scheduling; health/dental/vision insurance; cell phone reimbursement; mileage reimbursement; eligible for bonuses

Salary: $70,367.00 - $74,194.00 per year
