We are seeking a full-time, hourly Sous Chef at BBB. This is a leadership position in our kitchen, and involves assisting the Chef De Cuisine in daily cooking and food preparation, overseeing the opening and closing procedures of the restaurant, as well as building and nurturing the team around them. Leadership experience is preferred, but not required for the right candidate looking to advance their skills and career.
We are a locally owned and operated restaurant located right in the heart of downtown Bozeman, Montana. We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our culinary team. We currently serve lunch and dinner, Tuesday through Saturday. Our cuisine is rooted in fresh Montana beef, fresh Montana potatoes and our house made buns, baked daily using 100% Montana wheat flour.
