Biankinis is looking for a fun, outgoing and hard working General Manager. Individual must have a good attitude and able to handle stress well. Communication is KEY, individual must be able to handle employees well, and monitor scheduling/ordering food. Must be flexible with covering shifts, and jumping in where needed. This means you may do some dishes! Everyone does everything as a team, we expect the manager to lead by example. We are fast paced and can get very busy.
Expectations/Job duties:
-40 hours a week average.
-Work out front during busy lunch hours - cashier, some sandwich/salad making
-Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant.
-Make bank deposits and justify any over and unders of more than $1.00.
-Maintain extra change in change bag
-Inspect dates on all restaurant prepared food/organize walk in and freezer.
-Complete daily and weekly orders and inventory. Purchase from local stores as necessary for specialty items or better pricing.
-Assist BOH with prep as time allows and as necessary.
-Complete manager checklist every day to maintain restaurant
-Work to make Biankinis a shining star each and every day.
-Become serve safe certified
Note: bussing is very important to the owners of Biankinis.
Pay - Up to $30/hr (including tips).
